The U.S. Senate overwhelmingly approved a measure Thursday that would give lawmakers a say in a potential sanctions-related accord with Iran. Under the Iran Nuclear Review Agreement Act of 2015, Congress would have 30 days to review an agreement to wind down American sanctions against the Islamic Republic in exchange for concessions intended to bar the country from obtaining a nuclear weapon.
