Regulators to Hold BSA Seminars for Nevada Casinos

U.S. federal and state regulators are setting up a series of one-day seminars in March to help Nevada casinos comply with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) regulations that have exempted them for the past 20 years. The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and the Nevada Gaming Control Board announced on Tuesday that they would hold multiple seminars to accommodate the large number of businesses that will be required to comply with federal reporting and recordkeeping requirements.
