Lawmakers Question Hezbollah’s Activities in the Americas

U.S. lawmakers Thursday questioned how a blacklisted Lebanese terrorist organization works with political leaders and narco-traffickers in Latin America. Hezbollah, designated as a terrorist organization by the United States since 1997, is "working with like-minded allies and hostile regimes in Latin America by raising funds, recruiting operatives, and smuggling weapons and drugs," said Rep.
